Summer Trip - Singapore

Almost forgot I have not blog about the trip to Singapore. =)

After 3 days in KL, i arrived in the small yet big island.

Touched down at the airport and dragged my huge luggage alone and took the MRT from the airport to Ghim Moh Road. Im awesome. :P

Spent the afternoon with aunt, uncle & the kids(their grandchildren) and took a nap.

Woke up in the evening and was brought to dinner at Geyland street. And cruised around that area to look for illegal business that caters the men's hunger, if u know what im referring to. Saw only 2 or 3 of them, and man, they are so hot. Haha

=)

The next day, met up Billy and went shopping!

This is gong-cha, as introduced and strongly recommended by EngKee. and I love it, its so good and i love the black thingy, its way better than ordinary pearls we had in Brunei. I prefer gong-cha over ChaTime though. =)

We conquered Orchard Road the whole afternoon. Honestly speaking, shopping with a guy friend is not as fun as doing shopping with your girlfriends. Hahah thats just the fact. Well, unless if you shop with a guy who pays for all the bill la. (#just saying) =D

Didnt buy as much as I did when I was in KL with Yvonne. But did had a great time to look around and get to know that one of the hotels in Orchard Road is owned by our beloved Sultan, the Yatts(?) Hotel, where I took photo of the Ferrari. (damn hot ride) Oh, I parked my car there.

Met up more friends later in the evening and had dinner together! I just realised he took a photo of me taking a photo of them. LOL.

Took a cab and went to Marina Sands Bay or Bay Sands. (i can never get this right.lol)

And paid ourselves $20 per person to ....

this AMAZING VIEW! splendid, awesome, breath-taking, fabulous, beautiful, and winnie! wtf.

It was so pretty up there it makes suicide by jumping off building a pretty thing. LOLLOL

BUT THE SHITTY SAD THING IS, MY CAMERA BATTERY FINISHED WHEN I WANNA TAKE THAT PRETTY PRETTY SCENERIES! #FUUUUUUUU

At least I still have the images in my brain. #fml. I swear one day i'll stay in their hotel, and spent the whole day chilling at their swimming pool, in bikini.

I'll kill you if you say this place is ugly.

We then walked all the way from Marina to Lau Pa Sat(?) to have our late dinner/supper before going back to respective hotel and home. We were dead exhausted.

Woke up after only 5 hours of sleep, took an hour of bus ride with aunt and uncle to somewhere near Bugis for breakfast.(They prefer bus over MRT). Both of them are so sweet, during the weekdays, they will be at home, taking care of their grandchildren, and during the weekends, two of them would take the bus and travel to few markets to have breakfast and shop for groceries. Awww, #theTypeOfLifeIwantNextTime.

The best prawn mee i've ever tried. The soup is the bomb.

Look at the stack of bowls, all are queuing to be serve! crazy.

Went home and took this. Broccoli sells downstair aunt's flat is like so cheap! 3 broccoli for only $1!!! its like $3 for 1 broccoli here in Brunei.

Later that afternoon,

Cuz the fact that, two ugly people can still be so in love. wtf.

I'll be back for the Blue ride! I took the Red one and it was FUN FUN FUN! Have not been screaming like crazy in a while now, and I screamt like im gonna die on that ride. Took 45mins to queue for 1 min ride. Woah. But it was all worth it. :D

Hello.

Was really nice cuz we all stayed at this hotel all thanks to Billy. Everyone checked in and sleptover there. =)

Had dinner at Marche, nice place to dine. And the queue was crazy. Thanks to Shenny's friends who got us in and stuff. :)

After dinner, clubbing we went! Happy to met up Susan! We're the crazy bitches. hehehehehe. hehehe. he he. Long story but malas to story. Went back to hotel around 4am in the morning, slept on the second I closed my eyes. Woke up, took the bus and went back to aunt's place.

Went Ikea alone cuz the others are already back to Brunei.

I bought this in Brunei for $175, and its only $89 there. #fuu.

Must try Ikea meatballs, cuz EVERYONE is like talking about it.

Queued about 30mins and finally get to NOM them! The meatballs are just ok lor, typical and not as yummy or "OMG,SOGOOD" for me. But I do love the chicken wings. :)

Did a little more shopping around that area, and went home.

Dinner that night with cousins. =)

Huge crab.

They brought me to cruise around some famous places in Singapore. And I love this place! Its a big field where people go for a walk, picnic, fly kites and do whatever they like. And the view is just simply beautiful :)

This place is something-Park, forgot the name. Cousin said it was popular back then where love birds hang out. He said he used to bring his wife here too. I remembered I came to this place as well, for APICTA reception dinner back in 2007. :)

After doing some sight-seeing, we went for supper!

(no wonder I gained 4KGS during my trip)

The next day morning, breakfast before I head back to Brunei. :)

A little regret that I didnt go to Bugis, Suntec, and I didnt shop at Vivo! Regret that I forgot to get Subway and GCB. But it was alright, cuz I went to those places in 2007 and this time I get to explore more other places like those morning markets, other malls aside from those in Orchard Rd, went to Ikea! and the happiest moments would be time spent with relatives, Universal Studio and PowerHouse. :)

I love the trip, seriously, be it the KL or the SG one. :)
